Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Houseperson to support our hotel operations. You will respond promptly to guest and department requests, identify and report maintenance issues, and contribute to clean, orderly guestrooms and public areas. You will also manage linen supplies, trash removal, and pantry par stock on assigned floors.

The role involves walking floors to collect newspapers, bags, and soiled linen, and restocking clean linen on floor pantries to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and stock replenishment on each floor.
• Receive linen supplies and manage trash removal from rooms; collect bags and newspapers on assigned floors.
• Walk floors at start and end of shift to collect newspapers, bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill par stock in floor pantries.

Job description

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintains housekeeping carts.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
