Peachtree Group is seeking a Houseperson for the opening of AC Hotel & Moxy Dallas Uptown in Dallas, TX. Join the team delivering clean, welcoming spaces that align with both brands’ style and energy.

You’ll respond to guest requests, report maintenance needs in public areas and guestrooms, and help maintain guestrooms, work areas, and the hotel premises in a clean, orderly condition. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth within a brand-new property.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and other departments.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms.
• Maintain guestrooms, working areas and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.

Job Overview

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
