Job summary

AC Hotel /Moxy Uptown Dallas is preparing to open its doors, inviting you to join the opening housekeeping team. You will support both AC Hotel and Moxy brands, helping create clean, welcoming spaces that reflect European-inspired style and bold, playful energy.

The Houseperson role focuses on prompt guest service, upkeep of guestrooms and public areas, and close collaboration with other departments to maintain hotel operations at peak quality.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and to other departments.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guestrooms.
• Maintain guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.
• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.

Job Overview

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
