Job summary

Grand Falls Casino Resort, LLC is seeking a Banquets Houseman to handle setup and tear down for banquet events while delivering excellent customer service to guests and collaborating with team members and other departments.

Responsibilities include room setup per BEO specs, maintaining equipment and furnishings, and cross-training within food and beverage. Heavy lifting is required and coordination with supervisors is essential.

• Responsible for setting food product specification for all outlets.
• This job does require heavy lifting.
