Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Houseman to assist with setup and teardown for banquet events, delivering strong guest service and collaborating with the events team. The role requires physical stamina to lift heavy items and a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities include organizing spaces, maintaining equipment, and cross-training in other areas of food & beverage as needed. This is a full-time on-site position supporting a dynamic events team at Riverside.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to perform heavy lifting.
• Available to work varied hours, including weekends.

Job description

The Houseman is responsible for the set up and tear down of furnishings for RCGR banquet events, while providing excellent customer service skills in working among team members and guests.

Essential Functions

• Setup and strike rooms for banquets and other events as needed according to specifications.
• Support a team atmosphere with fellow team members and supervisors, including other department personnel.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and care of equipment and furnishings, reporting necessary repair or breakage to direct supervisor.
• Cross train in other areas within food & beverage. Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Full time to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$15.00/hr (including premium pay)
