Job summary

Grand Falls Casino Resort, LLC is seeking a Cocktail Server to deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages across casino and non-gaming areas. The role focuses on exceptional guest service, accuracy, and maintaining a friendly, courteous demeanor in a highly visible position.

Successful candidates must be 18+, with TIPS-alcohol awareness certification and pre-employment drug testing arranged by Grand Falls.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Alcohol awareness certification (TIPS) arranged by Grand Falls.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Stand for seven consecutive hours.
• Carry a full tray of drinks up to 25 lb per tray.
• Maintain extensive beverage service knowledge.
• Be friendly, helpful and courteous in a high-visibility role.
• Report to shift supervisor in complete uniform.
• Follow beverage manual service procedures.
• Acknowledge guests with special privileges (e.g., complimentary drinks).
• Perform related tasks as directed by management.

The Cocktail Server serves alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the gaming and non-gaming areas of the Casino.

Essential Functions

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Must be able to stand for seven (7) consecutive hours.
• Must be able to carry a full tray of drinks at up to 25lb. per tray.
• Must have extensive beverage service knowledge.
• Must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with Casino guests due to highly visible position.
• Reports to shift supervisor in complete uniform.
• Follows all service procedures described in the beverage manual.
• Acknowledge guest with special privileges (ie.complimentary drinks).
• Perform related tasks determined necessary by management.

Required

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Alcohol Awareness certified through TIPS arranged by Grand Falls.
• Pre-employment drug test required. Arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment.

$6.35 w/ premium pay + tips and profit sharing
