Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Team Leader to lead a housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional guest room maintenance and service standards. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and quality control to uphold the resort's luxury experience.

The ideal candidate will have housekeeping and leadership experience, strong English communication, and legal US work authorization. On-site benefits and competitive compensation are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English, working knowledge of iPod Touch device or similar hardware and applications.
• Housekeeping and leadership experience preferred.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

Responsibilities

• Inspects the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area.
• Schedules work to be done daily, collects room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas. Monitors each Room Attendant’s daily progress.
• Inspects completed rooms to ensure that all standards have been met. When standards have been missed, brings employee back to room to correct the deficiency.
• Monitors the performance of House Attendants. Checks cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and Linen Closets.

TEAM LEADER

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Team Leader who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Team Leader has the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

• Inspects the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel. Trains and coaches, the staff.

• Schedules work to be done daily, collects room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas. Monitors each Room Attendant’s daily progress. Inspects completed rooms to ensure that all standards have been met. When standards have been missed, brings employee back to room to correct the deficiency. Coordinates work orders in assigned section. Follows up to be sure work is completed. Releases checkout rooms to be sold.

• Monitors the performance of House Attendants. Assures that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors. Checks cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and Linen Closets.
