Conrad Nashville, part of Northwood Hospitality, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room attendants and linen porters, ensuring clean, orderly guest rooms, corridors, and service areas. The role reports to the Director of Housekeeping and coordinates daily operations on assigned floors.

Ideal candidates have a high school education and 1–2 years in a similar public contact position, preferably in an upscale hotel, with strong time management, communication, and customer service skills.

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in a similar public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise allocation of work assignments to Room Attendants and Housepersons for maximum coverage.
• Assign special duties to staff on assigned floors.
• Monitor room status in the computer system and coordinate with front desk and engineering.
• Ensure rooms meet the hotel standard and log maintenance defects with appropriate teams.
• Maintain soft furnishings and décor to standard; oversee deep cleaning and replacement as needed.
• Provide regular performance updates to the Director of Housekeeping.
• Check arrivals, departures and VIP lists daily; ensure VIP gifts are replenished.
• Lead team briefings, daily lineups, and monthly meetings; ensure proper stock of linen and supplies.
