Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a housekeeping supervisor to oversee Room Attendants, Lobby Attendants and Housepersons, ensuring cleanliness in guest rooms, corridors and public spaces to meet Driftwood’s high standards.

The role requires guiding staff, organizing workloads, responding to guest requests, and maintaining safety procedures on a 24/7 operation. Prior supervisory experience and basic English literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months supervisory experience or one year of comparable housekeeping experience.
• Ability to read and write basic English to complete forms such as a room status report.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interview visually inspect VIP rooms, guest rooms and corridors for cleanliness and appearance.
• Train and monitor performance of room attendants and housepersons.
• Ensure all jobs are completed within the shift.
• Check out of order rooms daily.
• Follow safety and security procedures and rules.
