Job summary

Bally's Interactive is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to lead and improve the hotel room inspection and housekeeping variance processes. You will coach staff, conduct training, and ensure quality across room inspections, with special attention to VIP rooms and guest requests.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, monitoring safety procedures, and applying Indiana Gaming regulations. The role requires availability for varied hours including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping management and quality control.
• Proven ability to train, coach and discipline staff.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and OSHA/industry standards.
• Knowledge of Indiana Gaming regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the room inspection program and housekeeping variance process through coaching and discipline.
• Train and coach room inspectors to enhance performance and consistency.
• Manage Graded Room Inspection program and ensure timely, fair inspections.
• Inspect VIP rooms and fulfill special requests.
