Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises and ensures efficiency of the Guest Room Attendants and House Attendants.
• Issues work assignments, keys, etc., and monitors their work progress.
• Inspects housekeeping areas and ensures cleanliness of rooms and corridors.
• Trains Guest Room Attendants as needed to correct deficiencies.
• Interviews, selects, hires, and retains superior employees.
• Completes timely evaluations for subordinates.
• Ensures safety and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Communicates daily with staff and maintains operational standards.
