Job summary

Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada, FL, seeks a Temporary Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and train the housekeeping team. The role runs from 10/01/2026 to 07/31/2027, with a minimum 35 hours per week and shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Two years of luxury-hotel housekeeping supervisory experience are required; international experience is preferred. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing related duties. Pre-employment background check is required.

Job description

Temporary Housekeeping Supervisor. Northwood Hospitality LLC d/b/a Cheeca Lodge & Spa (Islamorada, FL). Temporary, F/T job from 10/01/2026 – 07/31/2027. Min. 35 hrs/week. Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:30am to 4:30pm, or 7:00am to 3:00pm, 8:00am to 4:00 pm, or 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
