Shamin Hotels in Glen Allen, VA seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and staff. You will assign tasks, inspect rooms and public areas, and provide training to ensure high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating schedules, maintaining supplies and PPE, and enforcing safety standards. This position is full-time, hourly, with bi-weekly pay, reporting to the General Manager.

Qualificações

• Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and repair.
• Provide feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality.
• Ensure associates have supplies, equipment, and uniforms including PPE.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards.
• Complete accident investigations and prevent recurrence.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed (making beds, vacuuming, cleaning).
• Verify and update status of discrepant rooms during shift.
• Perform opening and closing shift duties.
• Move heavy furniture.
• Notify maintenance of repairs needed.
• Monitor cleanliness of hotel exterior areas including parking lot.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades
