• Maintains room quality per hotel objectives.
• Monitors cleanliness across rooms, storage, laundry, restrooms and public areas.
• Reports room status to front office.
• Manages lost-and-found procedures.
• Secures on-loan equipment.
• Maintains productivity and labor cost goals.
• Conducts inventories of linen, supplies, equipment.
• Orders and receives supplies to maintain inventory.
• Ensures friendly guest interactions.
