Job summary

Shamin Hotels is hiring a Housekeeper to clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in our Virginia properties. You will make beds, replenish supplies, clean bathrooms, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and reliable time management. Prior hotel housekeeping or related service experience is preferred, with training provided to uphold our standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Basic reading/writing/math skills.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Make beds and replenishes supplies across guest rooms.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies and restrooms to standard.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and scrub surfaces as required.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety and MSDS guidelines when using chemicals.
• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed.
