Shamin Hotels is seeking an experienced Housekeeper in Glen Allen, VA. You will clean guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest comfort. The role requires timely, attentive service and adherence to safety and brand standards.

The position is full-time, hourly, with a day shift. Prior hotel housekeeping experience and basic reading/writing/math skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills.
• Experience with Hotel Brand systems preferred.
• Customer Service Skills required.
• Prioritization and time management skills required.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make beds and replenish supplies.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas.
• Vacuum, dust, and clean furniture and fixtures.
• Polish metalwork and wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Clean windows and sills; manage waste and recycling.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and replace light bulbs.
• Report to shifts on time and in uniform per policy.
• Greet guests warmly and adhere to company policies.
