Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Telluride, Colorado, is seeking a Ski Valet Supervisor to lead the Ski Valet team, welcome Owners and Guests, and uphold service standards on the mountain.

Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to Owners and Guests.
- Lead and supervise the Ski Valet team, ensuring standards are met and exceeded.
- Address Owner and Guest concerns promptly and professionally, documenting and communicating with relevant departments.
- Participate in and contribute to regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
- Assign and manage daily tasks based on operational needs and guest flow.
- Balance team leadership with administrative responsibilities and hands-on support.
- Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all ski and snowboard equipment.
- Maintain a well-organized ski storage room, ensuring equipment is labeled and stored by name and unit number.
- Ensure all equipment is prepared and ready before the start of each ski day.

- Constant standing and walking; frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, and twisting.
- Ability to stay focused and engaged during a 10‑hour shift.
- Ability to work outside in winter weather conditions
