Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Assign work to team members and coordinate daily priorities.
  • Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assist with work orders when additional support is needed.
  • Ensure work orders are properly entered, updated, and closed in the system.
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and communicate priorities.
  • Assist with inventory control and maintenance supplies.
  • Oversee facility inspections and document results.
  • Perform preventive maintenance records and compliance tracking.
  • Maintain organization, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support inter-department communication on maintenance issues.
  • Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on systems (heating, electrical, gas, etc.).
  • Complete minor maintenance tasks (painting, plumbing, electrical, upkeep).
  • Conduct regular safety inspections; address concerns promptly.
  • Perform pool and spa maintenance.
  • Assist guests with questions about facilities in a friendly manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

You will perform a wide range of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and fully functional environment for our guests. You bring strong technical maintenance skills along with a willingness to learn the unique aspects of our property, contributing to exceptional experiences for our owners, guests, and colleagues.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Assign work to team members and coordinate daily priorities
  • Monitor progress and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
  • Assist with work orders when additional support is needed
  • Ensure work orders are properly entered, updated, and closed in the system
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and communicating priorities to the team
  • Assist with inventory control and management of maintenance supplies and parts
  • Oversee facility inspections to ensure they are completed on schedule and documented properly
  • Perform data entry associated with weekly and monthly inspections, preventative maintenance records, and compliance tracking
  • Maintain departmental organization, documentation, and reporting requirements
  • Support communication between departments to ensure maintenance-related issues are addressed in a timely manner
  • Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure consistent operation of heating, electrical, gas, air, and other systems
  • Complete minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep
  • Conduct regular inspections of all property areas to identify and address safety concerns promptly
  • Perform pool and spa maintenance
  • Assist guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful manner
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to safely use tools, equipment, and ladders as required
