Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants & Hotels' Proximity Hotel in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet our high standards. This full-time role requires weekday and weekend availability in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will oversee daily shift operations, train staff on procedures, and maintain cleanliness and safety.

• Knowledgeable of training procedures and policies and able to demonstrate them to colleagues in housekeeping.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety, ensuring sanitation standards are met.
• Cleaning rooms daily in a prompt, consistent manner.
• Performing cleaning activities of rooms and hotel areas.

Hours: Full Time, Weekdays and Weekends

What are the responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor?

• Provide prompt, friendly, attentive service while ensuring that each guest has a delightful experience
• Responsible for daily shift leadership including running reports, assigning room lists, coaching, inspecting and ensuring both the public and private spaces in the hotel exceed our promises to our guests.
• Knowledgeable of all our training procedures and policies and able to demonstrate these to all colleagues in the housekeeping department.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety, ensuring that our maintenance and sanitation standards are met at all times
• Cleaning rooms on a daily basis in a prompt, consistent manner
• Performing a variety of cleaning activities of rooms and hotel areas
