Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor. You will visually inspect rooms and suites and lead the housekeeping team to ensure every space meets brand standards.

The role requires 4+ years in hotel housekeeping and 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, with a weekday–weekend shift from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. Join a luxury property with extensive banquet and F&B facilities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of hotel housekeeping experience.
• 1–2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and suites and verify status reports.
• Assign rooms to attendants and supervise cleaning activities.
• Monitor lost and found program.
• Maintain stock rooms and supply carts.
