Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Turndown Attendant for the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will clean, stock, and provide turndown service for guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and assist the Housekeeping Runner with guest requests. Essential duties include turning down beds, replenishing amenities, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies.

Work hours are from 5pm to 9pm. Previous housekeeping experience and a High School or equivalent education are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide turn-down service by partially removing and storing bedspread, replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies.
• Clean bathroom, beds, floors, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Assist Housekeeping Runner in delivering guest requests and restocking rooms as needed.
