Southland Health & Rehab is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the department, overseeing staff and day-to-day operations in a nonprofit, mission-driven center. You will ensure clean, safe environments and collaborate across departments to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related department.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize and direct Housekeeping Department functions (including personnel and administrative tasks).
• Establish and maintain effective inter-departmental communication to ensure positive working relationships.
• Supervise associates with fair, consistent corrective actions.
• Maintain staffing patterns in line with budgets.
• Assist with annual budget preparation for the center.
• Ensure compliance with licensure standards and survey processes.
• Greet new patients upon admission and provide support as needed.
• Be ready to assist with emergencies and promote a positive image of the system.
