The Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in a resident-focused environment. The role emphasizes effective supervision, staff development, and ensuring clean, safe facilities for all residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Management duties including, but not limited to, hiring, training and developing, coaching and counseling, and terminating department staff as deemed necessary.
• Supervise the overall housekeeping operations of facility.
• Order and requisition supplies and equipment, as needed, within budgetary guidelines.
• Know and follow established policies and procedures of the housekeeping department.
• Keep required records and submit them to the Administrator when required.
• Cooperate with and support other department supervisors and employees.
