Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of housekeeping team members.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Communicate room status and service issues with relevant departments.
• Train and mentor staff in cleaning techniques and service etiquette.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns.
