Job summary

Warwick Denver Hotel is seeking an organized, dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to support the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. The supervisor directs room attendants, inspects spaces, and ensures cleanliness and readiness to meet Warwick standards.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred; OPERA Cloud knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required; hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas meet Warwick standards for cleanliness and appearance.
• Assign daily work responsibilities and coordinate room priorities based on occupancy and arrivals/departures.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance concerns.
• Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day direction to housekeeping staff.
• Monitor productivity and quality while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Communicate room status and operational updates to Front Office and Engineering.
• Support training and safety procedures within the department.
