Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ housekeeping supervisory experience
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping
• Read, write and speak English fluently; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and support Room Attendants, House Attendants, and Laundry Attendants
• Assign daily duties based on occupancy and hotel needs
• Inspect guestrooms and suites for cleanliness and readiness
• Monitor public areas and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and organization
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed
• Ensure team follows safety procedures and hotel policies
