Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Billings West is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team, ensure high sanitation standards, and maintain stocked supplies. You will supervise daily room and public area cleaning while coordinating repairs and training new staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

Experience in hospitality and a strong focus on guest satisfaction are essential. This role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests at our Montana property.

Qualifications

• The ideal applicant is an experienced leader who demonstrates great attention to detail and customer service skills
• Strong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff as they perform daily assignments, including cleaning all guest rooms and public areas
• Arrange for cleaning equipment repairs as needed and keep all other equipment in good working condition
• Hire and train housekeeping staff to perform cleaning duties and deliver customer satisfaction to our expectations
• Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office
