About the Role

The Housekeeping Manager leads housekeeping operations to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming guestrooms and public spaces. This role drives quality standards, team performance, inventory control, and guest satisfaction.

Essential Functions

Lead daily housekeeping operations for guestrooms, public areas, and laundry (if applicable).

Hire, train, coach, and schedule housekeeping team members.

Ensure brand cleanliness and presentation standards are met consistently.

Conduct room and public area inspections; provide coaching and quality follow-up.
