Residence Inn by Marriott Hamilton seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room and public area cleaning efforts at our hotel in Hamilton, NJ. You will coordinate with the housekeeping team, ensure standards, and deliver guest-ready spaces with a welcoming attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Room Inspector.
• Must be able to work various shifts per week.
• Must be detail-oriented and a great coach in the making.
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously in person.
• May occasionally require lifting luggage up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and partner with the Housekeeping Manager to organize the team.
• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Clean and maintain all public areas, guest rooms, storage areas, and administrative areas.
• Run supplies and service items to guestrooms as requested.
• Polish metalwork and furniture.
• Collect linens for laundering and receives and stores linen supplies in appropriate locations.
• Refurnish areas with supplies as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
