Residence Inn by Marriott in Hamilton, NJ seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the team, inspect rooms, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Position offers an hourly wage of $18.00–$19.50 with actual pay based on title, experience and location. Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, coordinating with the Housekeeping Manager, maintaining all areas, handling supplies, and ensuring courteous service.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or Room Inspector.
• Must be able to work various shifts per week.
• Must be detail-oriented and a strong coach.
• Must communicate effectively and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager to organize the team.
• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Clean and maintain all public areas, guest rooms, storage areas, and administrative areas.
• Deliver supplies and service items to guestrooms as requested.
• Polish metalwork and furniture.
• Collect linens for laundering and manage linen storage.
• Refurnish areas with supplies as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
