Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training.
• Handle lost-and-found items, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas.
• Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment.
