Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role leads housekeeping staff, ensures rooms and public areas meet quality standards, and supports safe, efficient hotel operations.

You will manage daily tasks, training, and safety compliance in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in a housekeeping leadership role, strong communication, and excellent time management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in leadership Housekeeping position.
• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.
• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag, gloves and goggles.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis.
• Complete accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents.
• Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.
• Randomly selects assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness.
• Perform opening and closing shift duties.
• Notifies GM and/or Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs necessary.
• Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when required.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
