Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for staff and distribute workload.

• Train and supervise new associates and provide ongoing training.
• Check for early make-ups, special requests and VIPs.
• Maintain records for lost and found.
• Run departure reports and recheck rooms in your section.
• Write up work orders and report safety hazards immediately.
