Job summary

Marriott Riverside at the Convention Center in Riverside, CA is seeking a Full-time Housekeeping Operations lead. The role oversees room attendants, house aides, floor supervisors and laundry staff, coaching teams and maintaining QA standards across guest areas.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, evaluate and direct all housekeeping associates, including room attendants, house aides, floor supervisors and laundry associates.
• Coach and counsel associates, providing disciplinary action when necessary.
• Coordinate daily activities and staffing for cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
• Review the Manager on Duty log and follow up as needed.
• Inspect rooms and public areas daily to ensure QA standards are followed.
• Ensure inventory of supplies and cleaning materials is maintained.
• Supervise daily operation of housekeeping and in-house laundry.
• Interview, hire and train new housekeeping team members.
