VIPCor Hotel LLC DBA City Express Corvallis is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the department responsible for guest room cleanliness, public spaces, and laundry operations. You will manage daily room attendant assignments, coordinate with Front Desk, and uphold Marriott brand standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in housekeeping supervision, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in hotel operations (select-service or Marriott-branded experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Weekend and holiday work required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces daily to ensure cleanliness and brand standards.
• Manage room assignment schedules based on occupancy and guest requests.
• Coordinate room turnaround priorities with Front Desk to optimize check-in efficiency.
• Oversee on-site laundry operations, linen care, and inventory management.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and schedule housekeeping staff.
• Provide coaching and conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor consumption of supplies and equipment; report needs.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and participate in budget adherence.
