Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or custodial services.
• Desire to step into a leadership role and develop in hotel housekeeping management.
• Knowledge of room cleaning techniques and floor care in premium hotels.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate and direct a housekeeping team in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to guest-ready results across rooms and public spaces.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily hotel housekeeping operations—scheduling, training, and team support across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet premium cleanliness standards on every shift.
• Conduct regular room and property inspections for cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance.
• Assist in managing housekeeping inventory and monitor par levels for uninterrupted operations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints regarding housekeeping with urgency and care.
• Mentor room attendants and foster a positive housekeeping team environment.
