Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for our Milwaukee property. You will lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons to ensure every guest room and public area meets the highest cleanliness standards and supports guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations, inspect rooms (25–80 per day), manage inventories, and perform duties as needed to maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons to deliver outstanding guest service and profitability.
• Ability to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons on a floor or designated area to ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms.
• Verify and report status or discrepancies of rooms.
• Monitor stock rooms and carts; coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance.
