TownePlace Suites & Fairfield Inn & Suites Casa Grande in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The role offers full-time or part-time scheduling with a competitive hourly wage of $18-$21/hour and benefits for full-time staff.

You will lead the housekeeping department, coach team members, and ensure exceptional cleanliness scores while coordinating with front office and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, pivot, grip, and remain physically active throughout shifts.
• Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail and under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the housekeeping department and motivate your team.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas and coordinate with front office.
• Respond to guest needs and monitor inventory and scheduling.
• Oversee training, enforce safety standards, and maintain cleanliness scores.
• Coach team members and support productivity goals; handle service recovery when needed.
• Occasionally assist with room cleaning to ensure guest satisfaction.
