As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead daily housekeeping operations, motivate the team, inspect rooms, coordinate with front desk, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to push/pull up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stay active and maintain safety standards.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

This position offers full-time scheduling and requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

As our full-time Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of the housekeeping department, setting the tone each morning by motivating your team, reviewing priorities, and ensuring everyone is prepared for success. You'll inspect guest rooms and public areas, coordinate with the front office, respond to guest needs, monitor inventory, oversee scheduling and training, enforce safety standards, and help maintain exceptional cleanliness scores. You'll coach team members, support productivity goals, handle service recovery when needed, and occasionally step in to assist with room cleaning, ensuring every guest enjoys a stay that exceeds expectations.
