TownePlace Suites & Fairfield Inn & Suites Casa Grande in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with a competitive hourly wage of $18-$21 per hour and benefits for full-time staff.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead daily housekeeping operations, motivate the team, inspect rooms, coordinate with front desk, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to push/pull up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stay active and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations and motivate the team.
• Review priorities and ensure readiness for the day.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas, coordinate with front office.
• Respond to guest needs, monitor inventory, scheduling and training.
• Enforce safety standards and help maintain cleanliness scores.
• Coach team members and support productivity goals.
• Handle service recovery and assist with room cleaning when needed.
