The role involves supervising staff, inspecting rooms and public areas, coordinating assignments, and leading by example to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.

• Previous supervisory housekeeping experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance needs.
• Assist with daily assignments, room readiness, and team coordination.
• Train and support housekeeping staff while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor and restock linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Communicate guest requests, room status updates, and maintenance concerns to management.
• Follow hotel safety procedures and ensure proper handling of cleaning products.
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support daily operations.
• Able to work AM and PM shifts including Overnight when needed.
