Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Abilene Downtown Convention Center is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. You will lead daily housekeeping operations, supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons, and ensure rooms and public areas meet our cleanliness and quality standards in a dynamic hotel environment.

In this role you will coordinate schedules, assist with training, partner with Engineering on maintenance issues, respond to guest needs promptly, and uphold Hilton's service values.

Qualifications

• Supervise the housekeeping team, train staff, and ensure cleanliness and quality in guest rooms and public areas.
• Assign, inspect, and verify room readiness; report discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor schedules, payroll, inventory, and lost-and-found to support operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering to address maintenance needs.
• Support operations by performing attendant duties as needed and meeting guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and evaluate room attendants and housepersons.
• Assign and inspect room status; report discrepancies.
• Manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and lost-and-found.
• Coordinate with Engineering on maintenance issues.
• Assist with attendant tasks to maintain service levels.
• Delight guests with timely, friendly service.
