Job summary

POWDR is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at Trailhead Lodge in Bend, Oregon. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily housekeeping operations, protects cleanliness standards, and enhances guest experiences year-round at a premier resort property.

Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will guide staff, ensure efficient room turnover, and coordinate with other teams to deliver exceptional service to guests staying at Trailhead Lodge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Trailhead Lodge cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Conduct routine room inspections and public-space walkthroughs to verify quality and adherence to brand expectations.
• Coordinate daily room status with Guest Experience and Facilities teams to support efficient room readiness and turnover.
• Assist with resolving housekeeping-related guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support seasonal deep-cleaning initiatives and special projects as assigned.
