Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and inspect rooms, ensuring guest rooms are comfortable, inviting, and clean.

You will supervise Room Attendants and House Persons, train staff, and coordinate with Engineering and Property Operations to maintain standards and efficiency. The role demands physical fitness to move carts and furniture and the ability to use a computer for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons to meet cleanliness standards.
• Assess inventory of rooms and assign for cleaning.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for quality and status, report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform Room Attendant/House person duties as needed.
• Able to inspect 25–80 rooms per day; capable of cleaning when required.
• Must be physically able to move large items and operate a computer.
