Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons to meet cleanliness standards.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for quality and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations to maintain items related to guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and monitor stock rooms and carts.
• Perform Room Attendant and/or House Person duties as needed to support operations.
• Operate computer systems for scheduling, reporting, or inventory control.
