Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons, ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable and inviting. You will inspect rooms and public areas, coordinate with Engineering for maintenance, monitor inventory, and perform duties as needed to maintain high cleanliness standards and support hotel profitability.

The role requires the ability to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day and to operate a computer.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff.
• Ability to inspect and ensure room cleanliness to standard.
• Knowledge of safety and cleanliness protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons on a floor or area.
• Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms.
• Verify status and discrepancies of rooms; monitor stock rooms and carts.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance needs.
• Perform duties as needed and inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
• Operate a computer to manage records and schedules.
