Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and inspect guest rooms, ensuring each space is clean, inviting, and comfortable. You will supervise Room Attendants and House Persons, train staff, assign cleaning tasks, and coordinate with Engineering to maintain room quality.

The ideal candidate can inspect a high volume of rooms daily, operate a computer, and move equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess inventory, assign cleaning duties and inspect rooms to ensure readiness.
• Verify and report status and discrepancies of rooms.
• Monitor stock rooms, carts and inventories for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance of guest areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping staff on a floor or area.
• Inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day for cleanliness and presentation.
• Perform Room Attendant and House person duties when needed.
• Communicate with engineering for timely repairs and maintenance.
