Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Milwaukee to lead and inspect guest rooms, ensuring comfort, cleanliness, and inviting spaces. You will train and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons to uphold the hotel's standards and profitability.

You will coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance needs and may perform attendant duties as needed, with the capacity to manage 25–80 rooms per day.

Qualifications

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Ability to inspect and assess rooms and public areas.
• Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance.
• Physical ability to perform room cleaning when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons on a floor or designated area.
• Assess inventory of, assign for cleaning, and inspect rooms.
• Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms.
• Monitor stock rooms and carts and designated inventories.
• Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair.
• Perform Room Attendant and/or House Person duties, as needed.
• Ability to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
• Ability to clean rooms, when needed.
• Physically able to move and/or operate large objects such as housekeeping carts and linen.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will have the opportunity to lead and inspect rooms, ensuring guest rooms are comfortable, inviting, and clean.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and House persons in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.

• Assess inventory of, assign for cleaning, and inspect rooms.

• Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms.

• Monitor stock rooms and carts and designated inventories.

• Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.
