Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva to lead room, public spaces, and back‑of‑house cleanliness, ensuring a flawless first impression for guests.

As a supervisor, you will inspect spaces, manage staff, maintain stock, and handle guest requests, upholding the resort's high standards. The role offers strong growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• High School education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience or one year of relevant housekeeping experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and Property Management Systems.
• Ability to read and write basic English for reports and forms.
• Capable of providing clear direction, instruction, and guidance to team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to exercise judgment and monitor staff performance effectively.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and corridors for cleanliness and quality, updating room status as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and up to standard.
• Provide organization, guidance, and communication while reinforcing the resort's high standards.
• Ensure housekeeping carts and linen closets are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Inspect VIP rooms and randomly check rooms for quality compliance, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Handle special guest requests and assist with deliveries, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain proper staffing levels and oversee the smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
• Report any suspicious activity or hazardous conditions to the Loss Prevention Department and respond to guest inquiries.
