Q Center is seeking a Full Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role oversees housekeeping functions in assigned sections, supervises staff, assigns duties, inspects work, and resolves guest service issues to ensure cleanliness and satisfaction. The schedule varies by week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year housekeeping experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping personnel to ensure clean, orderly guest rooms and quality service.
• Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service.
• Monitor daily operations and train staff to meet standards.
